Ingredients

Sugar, Wheat Flour, White Chocolate Chips (8%) (Sugar, Milk Solids, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (Lecithin (Soy)), Flavour), Dark Chocolate Chips (5%) [Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla Flavour, Emulsifier (Lecithin (Soy))], Vegetable Oil, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (3%), Salt.

Preparation Instructions

All you need is: 2 extra large eggs + 125g melted butter (or 1/2 cup vegetable oil + 1 tablespoon of water) Prep time: 10 mins Baking time: 30-35 mins 20x20cm cake pan Preheat oven to 180°C (160ºC fan forced). Grease a 20cm square cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base with baking paper. 3 Simple Steps! 1. Stir brownie mix, eggs and butter (or vegetable oil and water) in a medium bowl with a wooden spoon until combined (do not eat batter as it contains raw eggs). 2. Spread into prepared pan. 3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until sticky crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the centre. Cook time may vary depending on oven - for an extra fudgy brownie, test after 28 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then gently remove from the pan onto a wire rack to cool completely.
